IN-PERSON COMMUNITY GROUP EXPERIENCE - EESUNDAY WORKSHOP EVENTS!
Our EESunday in-person community workshops is a MEMBER FAVORITE because while they connect with other members and receive empowerment and support, they also get to be in the EESystem room!
EESunday workshops focus on different topics related to improving our energy wellness in all 4 aspects of life: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
As mentioned before, it's an in-person experience that takes place in our 24-unit EESystem room and offers several benefits to other forms of support and coaching we provide to members at the center:
- EESystem Time: Members get to spend at least 2 hours in our 24-unit Energy Enhancement System room at a significantly reduced member rate while joining other like-minded members on a journey of growth and transformation, facilitated by our expert staff and mastery coaches
- Immediate Feedback: Participanting Members receive immediate feedback from the lead coaches and other group members, facilitating faster learning and growth.
- Social Support: This experience provides a sense of community and social support, which has been motivating and reassuring for Members. It fosters a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences and learn from one another.
- Diverse Perspectives: This experience exposes Members to diverse perspectives and experiences, enriching the learning process. Different viewpoints can broaden understanding and offer new insights into personal challenges and goals.
- Accountability: It encourages accountability as Members are not only accountable to themselves but also in supporing others in the group. This accountability can increase commitment and motivation to achieve their wellness goals.
- Cost-Effective: This experience is most cost-effective compared to a normal 2 hour session in the EESystem room without support & coaching. This makes receiving support and coaching more accessible to a broader range of our Members.
- Real-time Interaction: EESunday is an interactive experience. Being physically present allows for real-time interaction, which can lead to deeper connections and more meaningful discussions. Non-verbal cues and body language can also be observed and addressed by the staff coach leading the session.
- Experiential Learning: Our EESunday experiences often involve fun, experiential learning activities and exercises that encourage active participation and skill development in real-life situations. All Members are encouraged to participate at whatever level is most comfortable to them.
- Networking Opportunities: Members have an opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals who are seeking to improve their energy and wellness, potentially leading to new friendships, collaborations, or even business opportunities!
- Customization and Personalization: While benefiting from the group dynamic, Members can still receive personalized attention and guidance from the coaching staff that is tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Complimentary Breakfast Refreshments: are offered to Members at our EESunday experiences!

1:1 PRIVATE SUPPORT & COACHING
The center offers Members the opportunity to receive one-to-one private support and coaching from staff coaches who hold joint certifications as master health and life coaches with a focus on Energy Wellness.
For the convenience of Members busy schedules they sessions usually take place online in a private Zoom room.
The benefits to working one-on-one for support & coaching include:
- Personalized Attention: In a 1:1 setting, the staff coach can focus solely on the individual Member, tailoring the coaching process to their specific needs, goals, and challenges. This personalized attention ensures that the Member receives targeted guidance and support that is directly relevant to their unique situation.
- Confidentiality: One-on-one coaching sessions provide a confidential space for Members to openly discuss their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgment or exposure. This confidentiality fosters trust and allows a Member to explore sensitive topics more freely.
- Accountability: A key benefit of 1:1 support and coaching is the accountability it provides. The staff coach holds the Member accountable for their actions, commitments, and progress towards their desired goals. This accountability helps Members stay focused, motivated, and accountable for their development in their wellness and healing journey.
